Old English Lavender by Dubarry Parfumerie c1919

  • Perfume Name: Old English Lavender. This is the re-branded fragrance 'À Toi' (To You) also by Dubarry. Also used for DuBarry's Golden Morn perfume. The same bottle was used for Chypre de Fleur for Gilot in 1922.

Description: Clear pear shaped bottle with male clown in blackface for stopper, representing Pierrot, in frosted glass, applied white enamel "pearls" on bottle. Julien drew his inspiration for the stopper from his father, Clovis Viard's bronze statue depicting Pierrot.
